I was privileged today to meet the beautiful Zurianna Parker. Zuri means beautiful in Swahili. Anna is for her grandmother and her middle name, Parker, is after her other grandmother. She is so adorable and precious in every way.
Congratulations Chris and Connie, and thank for for inviting me into your home.

One of my goals during a photo session is to capture as many different looks as I can. The smile, the laugh, the contemplative stare… No boring sit and smile at the camera photos during this session. We are moving and changing a lot. But then the problem is deciding which adorable face to display. SO I created the Baby Faces Collage. Why limited yourself to one image when you can use all of them? A 20×20 (or larger) collage containing 16 unique faces. Printed on a Gallery Wrap Canvas and ready to hang. You will love enjoying your baby’s faces for years and years.

I got to spend the morning with Julie, Jack and thier 2 beautiful children, Rachel and Shiloh. A photo session is about having fun and being you. Since the weather was a little chilly we stayed inside and played dress up for the camera. I loved the lacy dresses and hats the girls wore and the ties and vests the boys wore. Thank you for inviting me into your home and letting me photograph you today.

Here are some sneak peek pics of Baby Grace. I’ll have to find a new name for her as she isn’t really a baby anymore - she is turning into a beautiful little girl. Enjoy the pictures!

Wow, I’ve been fighting a cold for 3 weeks now but am finally feeling better. I guess it’s that time of year. I am so excited. I got a chance to photograph Owen and Quincy yesterday with my new camera. I ordered a new Nikon D300 and it arrived this week on my birthday - what a perfect gift! I am adding children and pets to my portfolio and spent the morning with my neighbor here in Lyons. It was fun hanging out and watching Owen play with Quincy. I got some really cute pictures. Below are my favorite photos from the day. I’ll be adding more to the website later this week.
