Folks Festival at Lyons’ Planet Bluegrass
As promised in the last post more Folks Festival photos. Steve and I got to be concert photographers at the Folks Festival at Planet Bluegrass in Lyons. Here is a sampling of my favorite images from the weekend.
On Saturday The Waifs played. This is Donna taken from backstage. I loved how expressive she was with her arms. The show they put on was fun and full of energy. If you get a chance to see them you will have a great time.

The Folks Festival was an eclectic mix of music but an outstanding lineup. And the atmosphere could not be beat.
